Not currently, our fitness equipment has achieved the maximum pulling force that the motor of this size can bear. If you need more pulling force, you can only connect multiple Pumps together.

What does this do that fitness bands can't do?

This allows a precise tension throughout the range of motion, so you know how much you're lifting. It also allows you to vary which part of the movement has more resistance, so you can bias the concentric or eccentric parts of the movement.

The biggest advantage this gives over bands, is that the starting tension and the ending tension are the same. With a band, if you were to do a biceps curl for example, the band would have very little tension at the bottom of the rep, and much more at the top, so you're really only getting a training stimulus near the top of the rep. This device is closer to using a cable machine, where the weight is the weight, no matter where you are in the range of motion.

This is especially noticeable for movements with long range of motion on smaller muscles, like shoulders. Training shoulders with bands is annoying compared to using free weights or cables, since the band can't load the full range of motion the way cables can.
