Smooth smooth turning the one pond gas replaced my other ropes and cardio since my quads are recovering

Been incorporating it with my regular workouts. Easy to set up and right measure for my height (6’).

I was using speed ropes and was not as engaged. The weighted ropes really helped me get going. I trip on the rope less often allowing me to improve while getting a good workout.

If you need heavy ropes to jump with these are the ones to get.

i have had these ropes before and loved them. i gave my old ones to my brother cuz i didn’t have time to workout as much and just bout these. waited a week or two to get these just for the one to be all scratched up and clearly used. so frustrating to see a brand that was really good send used equipment.

This stuff is a great workout. Never jumped before recreationally and now I do 20 minutes a day. Sweat buckets and really burn the arms.
