I’ve had this Samsung phone for over a year now, and I intentionally waited this long to write my review because I wanted to give an honest and accurate assessment of a refurbished product. I think a lot of people write reviews shortly after receiving refurbished electronics, only to have to come back later and update them. I wanted to know how this phone actually held up over time before giving my opinion.After more than a year of use, I can honestly say that I’m extremely impressed with this phone and have no regrets about purchasing it.The storage has been more than adequate for me. I have well over a thousand pictures, along with documents, personal apps, work apps, and everything else I regularly use, and I haven’t had any issues with storage or performance.I purchased a separate protective case and screen protector, which turned out to be especially important because I dropped the phone just a couple of days after receiving it! Thankfully, the screen protector did its job and protected the actual screen from damage.After more than a year, I have no screen burn, and the phone continues to receive updates as needed. It starts up and restarts quickly, runs smoothly, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with performance.The camera and picture quality are excellent, the photos look great, and the volume is plenty loud enough for my needs. The screen is clear and vibrant, and everything feels responsive.I also really like the size of this phone. It fits easily into pockets without being thick, bulky, or awkward to carry. It’s a good-looking phone that feels comfortable to use and carry every day.Most importantly, after having it for more than a year, I can say that it has held up extremely well. That’s what I wanted to know before recommending a refurbished phone, and I’m happy to say I would absolutely buy another one.If you’re considering purchasing this refurbished Samsung, my experience has been excellent. My Galaxy S22+ arrived in great condition. When I took it out of the box and looked it over it looked brand new! It performs like a brand new phone as well!! I was very reluctant to get a refurbished phone, however this was the perfect pick. I am upgrading from a 4 year old Galaxy A03 so you can imagine how amazed I was/am that this phone has SOOO many features, apps, upgrades, etc. The video and camera quality is amazing and you can even edit pictures like a pro. Also, you can sketch in drawings to add to your existing photo and it really looks part of the photo. It is super fast, durable, and compatible with pretty much any Samsung device.It took me some time to get used to all the new features, although with the overwhelming amount of new features I thought it would take days, but I got use to it pretty quick. This phone is very easy to use and has super fast connectivity. Took a few seconds to connect to my wifi and setup was a breeze. HUGE improvement going from my 4 year old A03 to this. I am so glad I decided to stay with Samsung Galaxy as I have been a loyal brand user for over 10 years. Usually, at about the 4 year mark is when it is time to upgrade because they do lag alot after so many years. But that is a lot of use of a phone over that period of time so it is understandable for it to lag and drag and not wanna perform well anymore.Overall, this is a great brand and a great phone. I recommend it to anyone who needs a serious upgrade with little money to spend. The phone is perfect in every way, performs smooth and beautifully, and I have had zero issues. Hugely satisfied customer!

This Amazon Renewed phone was advertised and sold as “Excellent condition,” but what I received was anything but excellent. The phone arrived heavily worn, with deep scratches along the sides and serious hardware problems. The microphone repeatedly cuts out during regular calls and is completely dead when using headphones, despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, none of which resolved the problem.When a phone cannot reliably perform its most basic function — making a phone call — we are far beyond a cosmetic grading issue. With a major functional defect like this, this phone should not have been sold even as “Fair.” It should not have been sold at all.It seriously makes me question whether PDI Mobile properly inspected and tested this device before selling it. A basic functional test should have caught an audio/microphone failure this severe. Yet, I received a worn, defective device that was nowhere near the advertised condition.Based on my experience, I would never trust PDI Mobile to accurately grade, inspect, or represent the condition of a device again!

Love this phone. Battery lasts all day, it large enough to make texting much easier, and viewing really good. The video camera is great. Makes great youtube videos. Connectivity is excellent, speed is good, seems to be durable enough, I really enjoy this plus model over my standard s22.

👍The seller is definitely one of the best on Amazon. I bought a phone from same seller for my Mom (on her account, so I did not do a review.) And had a great experience then also. For many years, if you PAID for an "excellent" or "like new" phone... you would actually RECEIVE an excellent/like new phone,lol. Newer sellers are coming into market & in a way, scamming ppl. The amount of ppl i know + reviews I've seen of ppl paying for EXCELLENT phones but getting sent- Batteries that are crapped out. Charging ports that don't work. Blown speakers. Locked because previous owners didnt finish paying for phone. Locked because phone was stolen. Banged up/deep scratches/color chipped off.... it's alarming to say the least,lol. So u have to be really careful WHO u buy from nowadays. With this seller i got a phone in THE EXACT CONDITION I PAID FOR. Minus 1 teeny tiny scrape near charging port (that u cant even see unless looking for it.) The phone looks + performs like brand new.👎The ONLY negative (why i gave 4 star instead of 5.) I paid a little extra for a Tmobile locked phone - but received a Verizon unlocked instead. I stopped buying unlocked 2 yrs ago when I had a problem (different seller.) The phone was a diff carrier before - not all the features worked properly. And updates would not come in, even when manually trying. (I brought it to a Verizon AND Tmobile store to see wtf was wrong,lol.) So was a little bummed this time when ibsaw it wasnt the correct carier. Phone was a birthday gift for my BF, so didnt want any problems. BUT luckily everything works as it should. Phone even updated shortly after being turned on. So it worked out well. But wanted to mention it because it wasn't exactly what I ordered.

Reliable and clean. Easy to get set up and great price.

No complaints. Phone was in like new condition, battery is good and everything worked as it should. What more can you say?

I need a phone fast dropped my last one doing 70 on the highway. So I know it was supposed to be getting a excellent condition, phone. It came with a screen saver witch I thought was a cool feature. I was sadly mistaken. It was there to hid the scratches under the screen protector. Don't worry I put a new screen protector on it. Then on the sides of the phone's case. It has dimple marks on both sides about 10 total. Also the phone lags quite a bit. Will not buy again or tell others to stay away from here.

after ordained this product waiting for about a week to get it no it got here turn it on nothing I then plug in charger I get from box thinking maybe it's just that nothing I went on the road and buy a original charger come home plugged it in till nothing this phone failed to power on or anything I'm trying to get a refund or something I cannot get nothing at this moment no feature return our refund is popping up this is so frustrating I don't know what these people are doing are selling but right now I am really upset....

I loved Samsung, great quality and it is constantly updating the software. I bought it over a year. have not giving 5 starts as the battery now tents to discharge faster than I would expected. Some days I will need to charge after 8 hours I never use it for moves or games. So, It should hold the charge longer.

item came as described! said excellent condition and it was! my only nitpick would be that the battery % was at 0 instead of 40% (storage mode) but the battery life is still great
