The coffee is wonderful. I have ordered many times without issue. However, my most recent order arrived damaged and, with “returns” being ineligible due to the items perishable status, I seem to have no recourse but to just accept the loss? I would think the item could at least be replaced, but I am getting the run around/no clear instructions to initiate this.

I love this stuff! I just let a cold brew in the fridge and then pour some over ice every morning with milk. It's smooth, taste great and does not give me heartburn!

Like having Starbucks cold brew...but not having to pay the high price.

I have tried a couple other coffees from Lifeboost. One was a whole bean, pumpkin spice flavor dark roast and the other was a course ground cold brew dark roast. I found the pumpkin spice coffee to have some good undertones, but be rather bitter on top. The Embolden dark roast cold brew was much better, but I think a bit too roasty for a cold brew (not using cream/milk or sugar/syrup). I was hoping that this, the Grata medium roast would be better, and it is. The medium roast fixed the issues I had with the dark roast and I think finds a better balance between the roastiness and the core coffee flavors. I may do a little better as a light/blonde roast, but I think the medium roast is still good and doesn’t require a bunch of calorie adding fluff to make it drinkable. The coffee comes in a foil lined and resealable back to help keep it fresh. As described, it is course ground and about perfect for cold brew. I used my AeroPress to prep and make some cold brew and I think it turned out well and was plenty easy enough. I just used some room temperature water and let it sit overnight in the pantry (away from the cats). Filtered and poured over ice with a little water to dilute to taste and it turned out pretty good. From the taste, it does seem that the overall bean used could have more character to it, so drinking it black will certainly let it down some, but adding cream or sweeteners to it will be just fine and shouldn’t ruin anything.

My daughter absolutely loves this we purchased this for her for Christmas with an ice coffee Maker and the flavor is amazing and she's so excited to use it
