This works well with metal canteen cups, too.
Will save your lips if you use a metal coffee cup at camp.

No more burned lips
I made my own ultralight drinking cup from an aluminum water bottle by cutting it off about half way up. It fits perfectly inside my cook pot along with all of the other items. I added a drink koozie to keep the heat away from hands (except when I WANT that heat) but my lips were always being burned when drinking coffee. There's something different about how lips can handle hot liquids versus the inside of my mouth. I was trying to come up with my own creative solutions but eventually ran into someone camping with one of these on one of their mugs. I got the details and ordered them when I got home. Since my cup is a straight edge, these do not stay on as well as they could but that is not the fault of the product since they were designed for a specific mug that has a flared lip on it. This still works but I have to be a little careful to not knock it off. Regardless, it is a great product and those of us who like our coffee from a metal drinking vessel, this is a great solution.

Cool lips with snow, peak, hot lips
Item as described. Snow Peak hot lips keep my lips cool. Great product. A must have with hot beverages in titanium cups.

Saves Your Lips
This obscure tiny product weighs next to nothing to add to your titanium cups but it literally takes the heat off your lips when enjoying a piping hot beverage. Rarely has something so small made such a profound positive difference when used as designed! Most of us have more than 1 titanium cup, so packaging two together makes perfect sense and saves a 2nd purchase!

Just the job.
Got these to use on my Snow Peak titanium mug when I’m using it directly on a camping stove. No more waiting for the mug to cool sufficiently to drink the tea or coffee. They fit perfectly, are excellent quality & protect your lips from the mug edge. Highly recommended.

Évite de se brûler avec sa tasse
Super article compatible avec les tasses rondes type Toak's et autre , evite de se bruler les levres pour boire son café ou thé bien chaud . Le prix est super cher juste pour 2 bout de silicone
