I work at amazon so this backpack came in clutch. Its made very good nothing came falling apart no loose sticking is holding up pretty good. Straps are on the thinner side but its very comfortable while wearing it light weight and holds up. The size feels like a 20l backpack which is perfect for work.

Good and durable, survives daily use without much issue, holds plenty of files and books. The plastic starts to split at the arm bands after about 14 months and needs replacing around 18 months. Great value.
