Los guantes son muy buenos para manejar charolas calientes ya que el calor no se transfiere al interior del mismo. Solo les recomiendo que se fijen en el tamaño, pues pueden ser muy grandes dependiendo del uso que le den.

Perfect for sourdough!

Love these! Color is perfect and they work very well when I’m pulling a heavy and hot Dutch oven out of a 450+ degree oven (yay sourdough!). I love how they go up almost to my elbows. I feel less likely to burn something.
