Tamari Lite

Best tamari for people who are watching sodium intake, and also happen to be gluten intolerant - I mean how many of us can there be? But this taste's great, and doesn't feel like it's lacking any of the flavor.

This soy sauce has a lot of flavor without being salty. So much better than the brand name's low salt soy sauce I've been using. I even put some in my spaghetti sauce instead of salt for that extra umami taste. Great find in Amazon!

Great natural soy sauce, with a beautiful flavor and fine quality. It is a wonderful substitute for salt, in many dishes, with lower sodium. Perfect for sauces.

I always grew up on Aloha and Kikkoman shoyu, but this Tamari was a very delicious sub for the regular shoyu, it has a nice flavor not too strong, but just right. I really enjoyed it.

I appreciate that it has less salt.

My favorite soy sauce! Discovered it at Whole Foods, but they only had small bottles.

My wife is very salt sensitive. She doesn’t eat processed foods. She complains that restaurant meals are often too salty, same with prepared soups. When I follow a recipe, I have to use a 1/3 or 1/4 of the salt in the recipe. I made a chicken cashew with traditional tamari, I used a 1/3 of the amount called for in the recipe, and it was too salty for her, and she was not able to eat it. I just made the same recipe again with San-J, this time I used the amount of tamari called for in the recipe and she loved it. If you are salt sensitive this product is the one for you!

Brings out the flavor of many foods. Just use a little on the vegetables as they cook.
