While the product itself is fantastic, the packaging could be more robust to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I had to return the first monitor extender due to a pen mark on the screen. Customer service was awesome as they accepted my return and immediately replaced it. Also, it would be very helpful if there was an instruction sheet that help you match the content size to be the same on both the main laptop screen and the extender, but I ended up figuring it out but it took some time. Screen lasted for 4 months. While working screen heated up and cracked in the right corner. I reached out directly to seller. Emailed back and forth for over a week. They said that they would issue an exchange. When I provided my mailing address, they replied back and said we can’t issue an exchange because you didn’t purchase it on their website. It has a year warranty but the seller seems not to back that warranty.

The display - wow! It's so much crisper and cleaner than I expected. The carrying case is decent and I appreciate that multiple types of cables were included. The packaging itself was very nice and sturdy, too. My laptop is a few years old so it took me a bit to figure out the combo of cables in order to make the S1 work (one USB Type-C-to-HDMI and one USB Type-C-to-USB Type-A). The instructions do actually have the information that I needed but the product photos and descriptions on Amazon were much more helpful.
