Love these biodegradable sugarcane straws! I was surprised how much like plastic they feel, mostly smooth except they have a slight "fibery" texture and look, like you can tell it's made from plant fibers, which is fine. My 2yr old and 5yr old use these and they work great. They even hold up to rough handling by my 2yr old. They're very strong and durable. I've even left one in a drink in the fridge for a couple days and it's still fine to use. Love that they're biodegradable, so I put them in the green can. I love that it's made by a small family run business and they truly care about making a good product and ensuring customers are happy. And most of all I love that we aren't using plastic straws anymore and I don't have to wash reusable ones cus this mama is tired at the end of the day, so it's one less thing to worry about! We've used them for water, smoothies, milk, and juice and always works great. I don't notice any flavor from the straw and my 5yr old who is very sensitive to tastes hasn't complained. And you get a good amount of straws in the package. I'm grateful for this awesome product and this lovely company!

Very good and doesn’t melt! I had it in a cup of water for hours and when I came back I expected it to be all mushy, but it was still good. Environmentally friendly and sturdy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!! They behave just like a regular straw, but without the guilt of harming the environment! Really wish the rest of the universe would use natural resources so prices could come down, but hey.. baby steps! I'll put my money where my mouth is, until the rest of the world catches up! I really like the straws they truly hold up well in both hot and cold. I'm glad I bought them and would them again.

I bought these straws for our church. The folks prefer using them opposed to plastic straws. Some commented the drink tasted better and was healthier through these straws compared to plastic. Especially in a warm drink like hot chocolate. Would definitely recommend. So much better that plastic and so much better for our environment.

The straws are durable and extremely well made. They remain firm in cold drinks and I even left one in a glass of water overnight with no loss of integrity. These are functional straws with respect to the environment. I will definitely buy again.

EcoPreps Biodegradable Sugarcane Straws review- I will first say that these are NOT like paper straws. They stay firm and retain their integrity, even after staying in a drink overnight. I think we all need to do any little thing we can to reduce plastic waste but if the alternative is something people won't use (like paper straws), then we need a better product - this is it. I LOVE these straws but best of all, so do my kids and grandkids (I worried that they'd hate them like they do paper straws). Great job!

Als das Paket ankam war es ganz schön zerdrückt und ich dachte die Trinkhalme haben es nicht überlebt. Aber wider Erwarten haben sie die starke Belastung ohne Mängel überstanden. Jetzt habe ich ich sie auch endlich mal genutzt. Dabei sind sie nicht aufgeweicht und halten auch mehrere Drinks am Stück durch. Sie haben auch keinen Beigeschmack wie Trinkhalme aus Papier oder Nudeln. Für mich trotz des hohen Preises eine absolute Kaufempfehlung. Nutze es vor allem wenn ich griechischen Eiskaffee mache. Für Drinks nutze ich sie selten. Werden definitiv wieder gekauft. Bin wirklich total begeistert und werde sie privat auch weiterempfehlen!!!
