I used this to extend my washing machine to the sink drainage. Naturally it is lesser in quality than the OEM hose (easier to crush), but if you're routing correctly it shouldn't really be an issue. The jubilee clips did work fine for me - I'm wondering if other reviews are tightening them too much. No leaks the first use. Afterward I decided to wrap it all up in PTFE tape so that the hose could feel more "as one".

Got as the output water pipe of my new washing machine was too short to reach connection under the sink. Simply slide connector into washing machine pipe end use a hose pipe clip, provided and tighten up. Slide extender pipe onto connector along with second hose pipe clip and tighten. Your waste pipe is now longer

Does the job in connecting my dishwasher to the outlet which was a little too far away and so this extension was required. Only downside is that the included ring clips didn't work, when turning with a screwdriver there was no tightening of the ring so I had to use some other ones that were slightly smaller but still fitted ok.
