Lovely rehydration sweets
These are great for quick rehydration. Lovely flavour. I get them regularly but they can be expensive for the amount you get

Easy to eat during a race
Easy to carry, easy to eat during a marathon. Nice flavour. I’d buy more.

Take with water
Good, best taken with water or you get quite a dry mouth. Took one after 15k on a 20k run and found they helped quite a bit.

Emergency treatment for night cramp
Only recently started keeping them as emergency treatment for night time cramps. Seem to be effective in reducing the intensity and claim to work in 45 seconds. Taste better than pickle juice!

Not enough salt for longer runs
Easily edible and does not upset my stomach. However on a trial half marathon (pre-marathon) I cramped due to lack of salt. Did not seem to give me the amount of salt needed. Change to and successfully used precision hydration product instead. Will use on shorter runs on hot days

Hajj Activity
I bought these for my Hajj pilgrimage, knowing how intense the heat and walking would be and they were amazing. The tablets were easy to take, tasted good, and really helped with staying hydrated and avoiding fatigue. A small thing that made a big difference. Pros: Effective for rehydration and recovery Convenient and portable Pleasant taste Worked well in extreme heat Cons: Tablets can be a bit salty if you're not used to the taste A bit pricey for the quantity Overall, highly recommended for anyone doing Hajj, Umrah, or any activity in hot conditions.
