I ordered the Essence of Arcadia retinol moisturizer because it was offered at a cheaper price than the brand I had previously ordered; I am so glad I did!! This moisturizer is so creamy and easy to apply to my skin. It doesn't sting around my eye area like some of the other retinol creams. Instead of leaving my skin feeling tacky, it makes it feel soft and smooth and moisturized - no greasy feeling. I can already see a difference in the tone and texture of my skin. I LOVE IT !! And will definitely reorder!

Only had for a day or so. I immediately noticed my face was lighter when I applied it and eyes we're not so baggy after. Love that it doesn't have a strong smell and isn't sticky but is soft. It wears off tho. You have to keep applying it.

I’ve used 1% Retinol products for years., with great results. I’m 55 years old and am often mistaken for 30-35; and I was a sun ABUSER; I never used sunscreen till I was 35 years old!! I have mild crow’s feet and shallow smile lines. I switched from Skinmedica Retinol 1% to this product bc of the higher concentration of RETINOL, amount of product and affordability. I also use the RETINOL SERUM 2.5% with the cream. Even though the strength is stronger and I’ve never used a RETINOL SERUM and CREAM together, I have experienced no redness, peeling, dryness nor any sign of irritation on my face, neck, décolletage or arms or hands. . I feel this is amazing because I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. My face is smooth and glows. I’ve never used any RETINOL product on my legs and knees. Even though I’m very athletic and have muscular legs, skin is skin and I recently noticed the DREADED saggy skin around my knees. YUCK!!!! Unfortunately, with age comes a decrease in collagen (and no sunscreen for 35 years, doesn’t help!!). To help this NASTY “ showing my age” area LOL, I’ve started to apply the RETINOL SERUM AND CREAM. Within a week I noticed a HUGE difference in skin firmness around my knees (YAY!!) and legs. Because this is a virgin area to RETINOL, there has been a great amount of peeling. THATS OKAY- it’s my knees, not my face. After 3 days of peeling, there is much less flaking. I had thick scars from a bad fall while training for a marathon. These scars are about 50% less noticeable after a week. Sounds weird, but my knees and legs have a glow to them!!! This is a VERY SMOOTH, moisturizer with absolutely no odor. My upper body does not need any extra moisturizer, even with this strength of RETINOL. My knees, because it’s a strong level to start with and applied to an area never exposed to RETINOL does require a little extra cream an hour after I apply the RETINOL. For best results, use in conjunction with the RETINOL SERUM.

Product was ok. Felt nice and moisturizing but didn’t see any noticeable differences. There wasn’t a lot in the container at all! Felt cheated

Finally decided on this face cream after my other one on Amazon was unavailable. I was pretty bummed, because the one I was using was so good for a great price (it had retinol too). I have been using this one for 2 weeks now, and I loved it from the first touch. So moisturizing for a 65 year old face in a dry climate. TOTALLY ♥ LOVE ♥ this stuff already! Similar to a very pricy moisturizer I use (but can't afford to use it everyday). With the quick and easy pop off lid and pump, I can get to it fast. And with the very nice price, I can freely pump and apply liberly on my skin. (good moisturizer for me means less and softer wrinkles). Thank you so much Essence of Abcadia for making a high quality product for a very nice price! (I did not receive any free product for this review. I am just a very excited paying customer).

At the age of 61 I've spent most of my life suffering with acne and acne scarring! I've spent a small fortune on facial products that never did anything except break me out of make the problem worse! This product has significantly reduced my neck issues. It hasn't lifted my jowl, but it goes on very smooth and absorbs well. The amount of cream in it is generous with the added benefit of keeping the contents safe and clean. I recomend starting using it earlier than I did. I am almost 72.
