Wasn’t good for me
I liked the idea of it. But for me this was not great. It did not mix well into my water or coffee. It irritated my system. Once I stopped using I felt better.

Easy to use
It seems to work. Sure hope so! I also feel like I have more energy. It would be nice if it came in additional sizes, i.e.; more powder in a larger bag. I also wish the packaging was wider because once you're half way through it, it's harder to maneuver the scoop to get the powder out. The powder doesn't dissolve completely, which I guess is to be expected, so it tends to settle at the bottom of the cup and that last mouthfull or two is a little grainy.
