I have reordered it twice. It required softening before I could use it, but microwaving it for a few seconds did the job.

For the price, I was not expecting the highest quality almond paste, but for what it is, I consider it a value. It appeared fresh and had a decent odor. The texture was a bit coarse but not unmanageable. What disappointed me was that the flavor was a bit bland.

This Almond Paste is absolutely delicious and very high quality! The texture is smooth, rich, and easy to work with, whether you’re baking pastries, cookies, cakes, or homemade candies. The almond flavor tastes authentic and fresh because it is! which makes a huge difference in recipes. I also appreciate the generous 2 lb size because it’s perfect for frequent bakers or larger holiday batches. It blends beautifully into doughs and fillings and gives baked goods a wonderful bakery-style flavor and aroma. This almond paste exceeded my expectations and made my desserts taste much more professional. I will definitely be ordering it again!

Hands down the best marzipan I have ever had. I have tried every brand I could find. This one doesnt have any chemical taste and is always fresh. Don't hesitate or sleep on this. It's kinda expensive
