These squeeze balls are great for hand therapy and exercise. I believe they’ll be good for arthritis too. I like the different densities so you can get the workout that’s needed for you and the colors let you know which one you have.. They do not have an odor and they are durable

Great Therapy and Stress Relief Balls with Multiple ResistancesI picked up this Vive set of hand therapy balls mainly for grip strengthening and stress relief, and they’ve been excellent. The set comes with four different resistance levels (from extra soft to firm), which makes it easy to progress or switch depending on what my hands need that day. The color coding is helpful, and they fit comfortably in the hand without being too big or too small.I’ve used them after long stretches at the computer to ease stiffness, and they’ve also been great for quick stress breaks—just squeezing the softer ones for a couple of minutes really helps. The texture is slightly tacky so they don’t slip, but they don’t leave any residue. I also like that they’re latex-free and don’t have any odd smell, which is sometimes a problem with cheaper stress balls.Durability has been solid so far; they bounce back to shape after repeated squeezing, and the material feels like it’ll hold up over time. The included rehab video app is a nice bonus if you want more structured exercises.Bottom line: A versatile, well-made set of squeeze balls that work equally well for therapy, grip strength, or everyday stress relief. The balls are well made. I expected them to be softer and more flexible. To be fair, a putty better served my needs. But again, these ARE a good product - and a great value.

My hands are becoming stiff with arthritis, and I knew I needed to give them easy strengthening exercises. These varied colored balls are perfect! I love the soft feel and the 4 sizes (and hardnesses) to give them a good workout without any stress. So easy to use (ideal for during TV movies, etc.) too.

Packaging is great for on-the-go; arrives in a small, black bag with the different strength balls, a mini flipbook of different exercises to try, and a card with links to additional info on their website. I hate the slimey/rubber residue textures of a lot of stress balls or pressure spheres, but these have no residue and are great all around.

I was having trouble with my hands going numb. I got these and started using them. My hands strength is considerably improved and the numbness has pretty much gone away. I highly recommend these.

The color of the balls makes it easy to tell which strength you're using. They are a little small for large hands.

Comes with 4 balls & they each have a different firmness going from squishiest to really firm. They are small/ golf ball size. Each ball is a different color. I bought for “stress ball” use but these are more so hand therapy and exercise. So, if you are needing hand therapy, these will definitely work! They don’t smell and they are lightweight. Comes with a black bag to keep them in for storage!
