The Diaper Genie Platinum Pail in Sage Green has been a fantastic addition to our nursery. The stainless steel design feels sturdy and high-quality, and the color looks beautiful in the room—definitely more stylish than the older plastic models. It does an excellent job containing odors, even on the busiest diaper days. The Easy Roll refill system is so convenient, and the fact that one roll lasts up to five months is a huge money-saver. Emptying and replacing the bags is quick and mess-free. If you’re looking for a modern, durable, and truly effective diaper pail, this one is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Giving 5 stars because I love the product and the customer service was easy to communicate with. My product arrived damaged-more so a delivery person issue but also wasn’t packaged very well-but the company replaced it for free and allowed me the original since I don’t have an easy way to send it back and my baby was due before the new one would arrive. The new one was packaged better and was still mildly damaged but fixable. I love the sleek design and the sage green option we got, fits in with our nursery well. The product contains the smell from dirty diapers well and holds a decent amount at a time, only needing to be taken out maybe twice a week. It’s lightweight and easy to move around and easy to empty. Installment of the rolls is also easy, just make sure you get the right ones as diaper genie bags are not “one size fits all”. Though there are cheaper brands available, I love this product and would definitely buy again if I needed to.

This Diaper Genie pail works very well at keeping diaper odors contained, even when it is full. The stainless steel body feels sturdy and looks much nicer than plastic diaper pails, so it blends well with nursery décor instead of standing out. The foot pedal is easy to use, which is helpful when you have your hands full with a baby. The refill system is simple to install, and the bags are thick and hold a good number of diapers before needing to be changed. I also like that it does a good job of sealing in smells when the lid is closed. Overall, this is a reliable and well-designed diaper pail that makes diaper disposal much more convenient.

Sharp looking, practical and sturdy. We love how this looks in our toddler's room and it does a good job of keeping the stink inside. We do need to invest in the scent inserts as it can really reek when opened and it has a few bad diapers inside, but it's easy to use, well made, looks great and has been a really nice addition to our life as parents. Would highly recommend as a great value, fitting nicely in any slim space between or next to your furniture. Excellent value - would buy again without hesitation.

I am currently pregnant with baby #4 and my third is still in diapers. The original Diaper Genie I received when I had my firstborn broke and I was on the hunt for a new diaper pail. I did some research and decided to give a different brand a try. My goodness was that a mistake! It was so flimsy! It also had no way to "pinch" the bag to help prevent odor from escaping into the room when you put in a dirty diaper, the pail itself was short, etc. After returning that horrible, other branded pail I was again on the hunt for a new one. I saw this newer Diaper Genie and was attracted to the stainless steel design. I also liked the idea of having pre-cut bags. With my OG Diaper Genie, there was always a random small amount of diaper bag that was leftover and wasted because of how the bag was cut. I was a little hesitant because of the price of the replacement bags; but, I decided to go for it anyway. This thing is amazing! I am so happy I went back to the superior brand, Diaper Genie, for a new diaper pail. If I ever need another I won't even look at other brands. They named their company Diaper Genie for a reason. I love that the bags are loaded at the bottom and you can just pull the bag out and immediately start fresh with a new one. Being 5'9'', I also prefer the height of this pail over others. I do not feel like I'm bending over as much to put the diaper in the pail. The bags are thicker and once the bag is tied up, I cannot smell anything from it. So I know the product is intended for diapers however it also works great for dog poop bags. I didn’t want to have to leave them sitting outside my door stinking up the area until the trash runs midweek. This keeps the front door looking tidy and smelling nice as well. Bonus that I can just take the bag and put it in the trash each week for disposal. The canister itself looks nice as well. Only problem I had is that it came in the original packing and was obviously not handled with care. As you can see from the attached photos there is some denting down the back left. I have it sitting with back facing the door so it’s not visually that much of an issue but it might be more of a problem for someone else. Other than that I’m pleased with my purchase. This was a much better idea than those small decorative trash cans for pet bag waste. Plus price wise it’s a win as well.

Great product!!! Very sturdy. Easy to use and ensemble. Trash bags are expensive though, so I am wondering if there is a cheaper alternative. However, the trash can works wonderful! Totally recommended. My baby is not here yet, so I am not sure about the smell.
