Can this be used in a petrol carburetter?

I have used it for almost everything including petrol pipes in the car before fitting. Jubilee clips no leaks Don’t know about carburettor

Can i use on my motorbike oil plug?

I wouldn't recommend it for an oil plug, you would be better getting the correct crush washer
