I would recommend this to anyone with poor posture. It is well-made and adjustable. I noticed a difference in my posture right away.

I purchased the VOKOKOYA Posture Corrector to help improve my posture, and while it does its job, it’s not always the most comfortable to wear for extended periods. The brace is adjustable, which is great for getting a snug fit, but at times it feels a bit bulky and difficult to keep in place for long hours. I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture, especially while sitting at my desk, so it does work as advertised. However, it takes some getting used to, and I find that I can’t wear it for a whole day without feeling a bit uncomfortable. It’s great for short sessions to help remind me to sit or stand up straight. Overall, I think it's a useful tool if you need to correct your posture, but if comfort is a priority, you might want to consider wearing it in shorter intervals.
