Great book ends.
Great item. Strong and with the "T" brace on the bottom it is not given to leaning. Looked good. Worked well. Arrived quickly. Inexpensively priced. No damage in shipping. Well packed. Can hold up and brace a whole line (lot) of books. Extra sturdy.

Outstanding for Top of Bookshelf Use
These stands are more sturdy than typical stands. I wanted to use them on the top of my existing bookcases to gain an 'extra' shelf. They worked like a charm! Highly recommended.

Good for smaller scale items
I initially purchased a larger, very heavy and sturdy pair which work great for big books. Then I was hoping for something smaller and less obtrusive but still sturdy. These are both those things, though less sturdy than I was hoping for. Don’t get me wrong- they are still holding my heavy books up. They are just very lightweight so sim holding my breath as I take books out. Also they have a strange 1” outer lip that I don’t love, aesthetically speaking. But all in all, what a deal!

My bookends are exactly what I been looking for. These are the same bookends I have used in libraries, and are sturdy enough to help brace standard standard hardbacks, especially text books. Now if I could only find taller and heavier book ends to support coffee-table sized books. But these bookends work very well if I put my tall books in the middle of my shelf, or lay them down. The shipping was very fast, and my bookends were carefully and securely packed.
