The dehydrator is simple and very convenient to use. It works exactly as designed to work. We used it extensively for around two months. One day while working it switched off and went dead. We were anxious whether Agaro would honor the one-year warranty on the product. However, the product support provided by the company was excellent. Our item was replaced in a seamless and hassle-free manner. We are once again using the product. However, out of extreme caution, we now use the product with an electronic cutoff switch that limits high and low voltage.

I bought this product but because of time constraints couldn’t use immediately I used it for the first time 1 month later It was on for 1/2 an hr but stopped working after that So I think this product is not reliable What should I do now to return the product and get my money back

Agaro regal food dehydrator is worth the price. It heats up quickly, maintains a steady temperature, and has plenty of space for large batches. The build quality feels durable, and it is easy to clean. What really stood out to me was the company's customer care. The heating unit malfunctioned, and their team was extremely responsive and fast in resolving my issue. They replaced the machine within a week of filing a complaint. Thank you

I’m very happy with their after service there was a small issues in the very first month of ordering but they immediately took an action on complaint and replaced the machine. Very handy and easy to work with compact enough no hassle.

Review on how we received the product. (30 Jul 2026) It appears that a returned item was sent to us as can be seen in the photos and packing. As to why it was returned we don't know but on initial inspection of the product we noticed that a notch of one of the trays (used to keep the tray in place) was missing. We are assuming that this may not have been the reason for return so we are checking the product functionality separately. More on this later. Initial review on product(30-Jul-26): while the product appears much bigger on the website, it is slightly smaller than a 1 litre bottle (see photo). The trays are for holding small slices of fruit, vegetables, meat etc. It will nor hold larger size pieces as the trays are kept one on top of the other. We are running the initial preheating process before starting use. It works so, "so far so good". Hence not returning for now. Will try to send further updates later. 03/08/26 used it for drying coconut pieces. Works fine.

The quality is good

The product is not at all good very flimsy few uses and it will break.
