Things to Consider: ➔ Mild Heat: If you’re after something fiery, you might need to combine it with another chilli powder. ➔ Box quality: The box itself is a bit flimsy and once opened it doesn't reseal, best to put it in another container after you've bought it I bought this specifically to try and replicate some of Dishoom’s recipes at home, and it has delivered in spades. It gives that rich, deep red colour to curries and the subtle heat works beautifully in marinades for dishes like tandoori chicken or paneer tikka.
