I’ve been using the Blowhot 3 Burner Glass Top Gas Stove and overall, I’m quite happy with it. It looks stylish, feels sturdy, and is very useful for everyday cooking. The glass top also gives it a neat and modern appearance. Recently, I faced an issue where one of the burners started producing black smoke. I reported the issue to Blowhot customer care, and they arranged a technician visit the very next day. I appreciate the quick response and prompt after-sales service. Overall, a good-looking and sturdy gas stove with responsive customer support.

Good product for daily use I have been using this 3-burner gas stove for some time now and overall the experience is good. The glass top looks nice and feels sturdy. Auto ignition is working properly and makes cooking easier without using a lighter. The burners give a decent and even flame, suitable for normal home cooking. Knobs are smooth, though they feel average in quality. Cleaning is easy, but water spots are visible on the glass if not wiped properly. No major issues so far. It is a good option in this price range for everyday use. If you are looking for a simple and functional gas stove, this one does the job.

I bought this stove for a few reasons - It has auto ignition which is increasingly difficult to find these days for reasons unknown. And it came at 4,900 because of a huge discount and at this price point I was willing to experiment with this brand that I had never heard of before. ✅ The look and the build quality seems to be good. The glass top and the knobs and the pan support ring look solid. ❌ I don't thinnknwven basic QC was done. The pan-support-ring has two legs that fit snugly into the drip tray. One of the legs had some bit of welding drip over that was preventing it to sit correctly on the drip tray. I had to file that bit and then fit it in. ❌ Also the pipes under the stove could do with better welding. They look very shoddily done. A mistake here could mean gas leaks. ✅ So are the "tornado" burners worth the hype? It's good. The flame is big and does a great job as far as I know. ❌ Pan support rings. I'm not a big fan of these kind of rings to begin with. Vessels easily tip off and keep falling ✅ Knobs seem to be working fine and control the intensity of the flame well. ❌❌❌ There was a gas leak in the jumbo burner even when the knob was off. when I tried to get a replacement via Amazon, it asked me to go via Blowhot customer support first. They took 1 week to respond and by the time the return window in Amzon closed. When the technician finally arrived, he told me that replacement could only be done via Amazon. But since the window was closed, they would only repair the fault. ❌❌ Flame - The flame on the larger burner was disappointing for me. When you put the flame on sim, the flame flickers and sometimes even goes off. This could be very dangerous and could lead to gas leaks. Looks like the burner is too big to keep a flame going when a small amount of gas is flowing through it. I saw another review with the same complaint here and I thought my piece would not have that problem. But this looks like a design flaw. This maybe a reason to avoid this product altogether. Even if everything works well and looks good, this problem can be a deal breaker. I'm sure this is a known issue to the brand but they clearly don't seem to care. Overall this an unsafe product that comes at a great price point and polished exteriors. It fails where it should not. This was my first purchase with Blowhot and thanks to terrible customer experience, I'll never buy anything from this brand. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it has to be replace with a new one not repaired. ====== More than a month later ====== They still haven't repaired or replaced the defective product. The service center also dared me to go to consumer court if I wanted to. ====== 2 and a half months later ====== The technician arrived but took more than an hour to try and understand how to remove the faulty part, so he can replace it with the new one. After a long time, he managed to get it done but then the new part seemed to be faulty where the auto ignition did not work. He promised to fix that the next day. In the meantime, I got a call from the Blowhot service center asking me for the completion otp. When I refused to give that till everything was fixed, he begged and pleaded saying he would fix the auto ignition in 24 hours, saying not getting the otp now would risk his job. So I have him the otp. It's been more than a week now and he does not answer his phone.

The Emerald 4-burner gas stove has a stylish design and good build quality. The four burners are very convenient for cooking multiple dishes at the same time. The knobs work smoothly, and the stove is easy to clean. Overall, a useful and practical choice for the kitchen.

Bought this a few weeks ago and so far, I’m pretty happy with it. The design is sleek and compact, the height is also perfect, and the glass top gives it a clean, modern look. Super easy to wipe down after cooking. The burners are brass, and they heat up well. Perfect for regular meals, dal, veggies, boiling stuff. If you’re cooking in bulk or need really high heat, it might feel a bit slow, but for daily use, it gets the job done without fuss. Knobs are smooth and easy to turn, and the build feels solid enough. The legs are good too, quite grippy. Rating: 4/5 Would recommend if you're looking for a gas top with good build quality, but are okay with spending a little extra for aesthetics. It’s not the cheapest 2-burner out there, but it definitely looks and feels a class above most basic options.

With in 3 months i am getting same issue for 2 burner sapphire stove. Small burner when you slow to lowest it automatically turned off where gas is coming out but there is no flame which is very risky. Call lodged few times which was attended and closed but issue remains there. Sometime I am forced to think why I bought this item where in 3 months few times technician has to visit for a new item. Earlier for years I was using steel body brass burner gas stove of a leading brand which never gave me any problem. Question is what I got by spending approximate double the amount on this item where consistently I am facing problem. Again tomorrow call will be lodged, Hope service team look into history of this item billed and take corrective action to gain confidence of a customer. Status of call lodged on 27.1.23 Till now( as of 1.2.23) No one reverted about my call, their TAT is 24 to 48hrs. Called few times Toll free to know status but their also no one is responding and only IVR call recording is there. Still trying trying to get it resolved. Status on 2.2.23 Technician Visited yesterday and repaired but with in few minutes fire comes out from small burner button. Today again Technician Visited and temporarily put grease on brass part till the time part is delivered to local service team. Request Amazon(hope you are listening) and blow hot company to get the item replaced instead of denying due to part non availability. Call is still open which was lodged on 27.1.23.
