Great Customer Service and Response Time when experiencing problems or dislikes regarding their products. The chair has been comfortable to use with its soft cushion and mesh backing. However I did not like how loose the footrest was where it can easily push out from the slightest movement on the chair. Assembly was easy overall with each part being well organized and the instruction manual being very straight forward.

Amazing product, so worth the buy. I assembled it all but my self and it was very easy. it leans all the way back, and it’s very comfortable. the cushion is stiff but doesn’t hurt my bottom in my personal experience. i did order a little flower pillow cushion to sit on but it’s jus for comfort not bc i need it. But if you’re thinking about buying it definitely buy it 1000/1000

This is a decent cheap chair; it is very basic, fairly comfortable, easy to assemble, and isn't too ugly to look at. However, many of the features on this chair are very lackluster and flimsy. The foot rest is shaky and feels very weak, and not likely to last very long if used regularly. The head and arm rests are not adjustable, and the recline range is somewhat limited (this is not one of those chairs that can recline all the way). The adjustable lumbar support makes almost no difference to the comfort of the chair. The most surprising miss for me is the complete lack of tilt in this chair. It has no "rocking" or give, and will fall over if you lean too much against it. I would say that this chair is decent if you don't mind the lacking features, but I do think the complete lack of tilt is a big miss.

I really wanted to love this chair and was so excited for it. I didn't know rests for sitting crosslegged was a thing and i couldnt find it in other office chairs but once i saw it i needed that feature. So i got this one and it was fairly easy to assemble. The leg rest that works normally and for sitting cross legged is really nice. But.. it has no way to lock into either position, nor to lock into a closed position. So if you shift or sit more towards edge of seat (causing it to tip forward) it will move. This is the most annoying and cumbersome in the closed state though as it constantly hits my legs if i am move the chair to get up from/scoot into desk. But it also is annoying if i have it set for cross legged and am trying to shift my position a little. Then in addition to this, the arm rests become loose extremely fast. I thought it was weird they had covers for the arm rest screws without any easy way to remove it as surely with time they would need to be retightened. I did not expect "with time" to be 2 days of light use though. I was able to remove the covers but to tighten them i had to fully remove and rescrew in. Just moving to tighten had it just spinning not getting tigher. The other arm rest follwed the next day. I am having to redo/tighten them every couple of days of use. I only work from home 2 days a week and will use desk for personal work few hours. So i have been tightening the arms about 2 times a week. Despite overall light usage. I am considering just removing the arm rests entirely. So dont use the little covers in case you need to retighten them. I am still giving this 4 stars instead of 3 though because of their fast, effective, and curteous customer service. I couldn't find the assembly instructions and sent a message. Within a couple hours i had the pdf version from them. I wouldnt caution against the chair entirely, just keep in mind the above annoyances. If you dont need arm rests, then its just the leg rest. It's still much better than my previous chair comfort wise. I like the adjustable lumbar support to fit multiple heights. I also love that you can lock it so it cant recline, so you get both functionalities.

this chair is awful. It leans forward so you feel like you are falling out of it. The seat is hard as a rock . The leg rest slides in and out not locking in place. I tried to give it to someone else in my office and no one even wants it. To the influencers who lied about how great this chair is - you are the worst. DO NOT BUY - now we have to waste more time sending back

I just got my chair yesterday and put it together in less than an hour. This chair is honestly the best purchase I’ve made for my home office. Perfect for those who like their feet up in the chair as well as a firm and supportive structure for posture. 10/10

Super comfy and SUPER easy to assemble, only took me by myself 30 mins to together. The leg rest moves easily and is sturdy. Overall great option for a good price
