You will not be able to refund it because a refund requires you to ship it back in its original package, however, the pillow comes vacuum sealed in a small package, and it will expand to 4 times the package size once you open it. So refund is not possible

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Our teenage daughter bought one to help correct her tech neck and she also likes the sides where she could rest her hands as she sleeps ,she says she loves it. My husband bought one for each of us and he is happy and is the only pillow that he uses now and he said he sleeps better for myself. I am happy for the most part but it is a bit firm for what I’m used to and I also use another pillow underneath it to elevate my head. I would give it 4.7 stars, but it’s not an option. I’m sure our household will buy it again if we had to.

After completing a sleep study, I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and excessive snoring. Since I started using this pillow, the difference has been incredible. One piece of advice: give it at least a week before deciding whether it’s right for you. The first couple of nights, I honestly thought it felt too firm and wasn’t sure I would keep it. But after about two days, it seemed to soften up, or maybe my body simply adjusted to it. Now I genuinely look forward to sleeping with it every night. For me, this pillow has made such a significant difference that I don’t feel the need to use a CPAP machine or try additional snoring remedies. Everyone’s experience will be different, but if you’re struggling with snoring or have sleep apnea, I think this pillow is absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended!

Amazing how this crazy looking pillow helps me sleep! I was skeptical at first but gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. Takes a little getting use too (4-6) days I’d say but once I realized how much better I felt with a good night solid rest I am hooked. I’m a 72 yr old active Nana & a back/side sleeper and hubby says I don’t snore but the reason I bought this pillow was bc I was tossing & turning all night and my neck starting hurting after a bumpy boat ride and I’ve never had neck issues before this pillow has helped me 100%. Highly recommend ! Wish I could buy silk pillow cases for it. It is a little firm but it’s not the old fashion type pillow. Sounds crazy but it puts me in a quiet meditative mode when my head is in the lil cradle!! My neck issues are gone and I’m sleeping all night 8-9 hrs. Buy it! You will be glad you did.
