Works perfectly when running or if hungover
Worked really well on runs and didnโt leave a nasty taste. Takes about 10 minutes to feel the effect but thatโs perfect for me - Iโve not had cramps in my legs since using these tablets

Donโt cramp, carry these.
I find these are the best option to take on long runs and bike rides. Gives me confidence I can resist cramping. Ahead of an event I take one and then carry a few along in a small plastic bag or waterproof container. Taste is sharp which is a good counter to sweet gels & bars.

Great if you donโt like Gels
Iโm an ulta runner and rubbish with replacing electrolytes as I thought it was only gels and drinks which can be used which I donโt like. After a bit of research I came across these and they came recommended in running magazines. Thought Iโd try them. I tried them on 2 training runs, 40 and 50 miles and in all honestly they were brilliant. Iโve never felt so good at the end of a long run. The flavour was nice and fresh and they dissolved in the mouth easily and didnโt taste chalky at all. Used them for a 24 hour run and they were spot on, I felt great at the end. The only thing Iโd say, if youโre doing an ultra then get 2 flavours as I got a bit bored with the flavour on a 50 mile run. Now if Iโm a bit tired or drained Iโll pop a couple in my mouth even for a 10k run. Highly recommend these.

Great running support
Not really chewable - more crunchable but I prefer to stick in my cheek and let it dissolve. These were recommended by a local running shop and having suffered badly from cramp during a half marathon where I had lost my electrolyte bottle, I needed to try another option. I used these on my next half and they really helped. No cramps and a new PB (down to training rather than these being a miracle) I prefer the citrus over the watermelon

Cramps gone in minutes
I love salt sticks. They get rid of cramps in minutes. Brilliant product now they are flavoured.

Bit pricey but they work amazing well would highly recommend if you have POTS, they taste amazing but a little sour
