Initially, I bought Natrolina Super Collagen Type I & III with Vitamin C in order to maintain my joints during physical activity. My mild joint problems, which were primarily in my knees and ankles, have decreased in the last two to three weeks. Hair growth and improved texture
It has been a month since I began taking this brand of collagen supplement. What I've noticed are developments in my skin tone, nail growth, hair, and knee strength. Most notably, when I perform lunges or squats, my knees don't hurt. And it seems like my hair is growing stronger. A year ago, I underwent severe stress-induced hair thinning. Lately, I've noticed that my hair strands appear thicker and feel more resilient. Washing my hair has also resulted in decreased hair loss for me.
