Shocking: price and effective spine work
It's utterly shocking how much this cost given it's molded plastic and when I purchased it was less than usual. Equally as shocking is the relief in my back after increased biking compressing my spine. I'm unable to put my shoulders all the way down in the opposite end of the arc, but the initial positions are working for me.

This is outstanding!
If you want to "pop" your back, this product is far better than a foam roller. The very first time I used it, the vertabrae of my back "popped" like popcorn. I also felt taller within a couple of minutes of just lying on it because lying on it caused my spinal column to stretch. .

Great for stretching out your back!
We use this as part of our 11yr old son’s physical therapy at home. It has really helped him in stretching out his spine and working on correcting his slouching. He is a homeschooled autistic child with limited abilities, so we do in home therapy everyday.

Dysfunctional
Sadly, the small part does not stay connected to the larger part when any pressure is applied between the two, which is fundamental to using this device. Don't waste your money on this one - spring for a higher quality one. I am so disappointed.
