Delicious. I put them in my sf cereal and they stay crunchy down to the last bite. They look exactly how they taste, yummy. I love that they are sugar and sugar alcohol free. The size is a perfect size for snacking or whatever u use them for. They taste super fresh and crunchy. They are pretty colors which can entice kids to eat them. U get alot for what u pay for.

I love these! No sugar, has fiber, just a great snack or add on to cereal or other snacks. Great price and a good gift idea for everyone. Great quality, tge flavor is amazing. I love how it uses a healthy sugar alternative. Always fresh and the jar it comes in is great, with a easy pour top.

I really like these ChocZero Sugar Free Freeze Dried Marshmallows! They’re light, crunchy, and have a really nice sweet marshmallow flavor. I love the freeze-dried texture because they’re fun to snack on and almost melt in your mouth. They’re a great little sweet treat when you want something without all the added sugar. I’m really happy with them and will definitely keep these around for snacking!

These are very tasty and the consistency is not bad. Good price and I don't feel too guilty eating a handful. I like they are different colors too.

This review is for the Freeze Dried Marshmallow Bits. Just putting that since there are multiple items on the page. I have been on a huge ChocZero kick lately, and I am quickly realizing that most of the products have the same sort of texture or mouthfeel, simply because of the resistant dextrin, but these things are fantastic and stand out a bit. They are definitely the closest thing I have had to a Lucky Charm marshmallow, while having no sugar and some actual health benefits. They do melt a bit in liquid, but they don't keep their flavor as well as the "real" sugar-based marshmallows when melting, so that is one slight negative. As far as the ingredients go, the resistant dextrin makes these things quite interesting. One serving of 28g of these little things gives you 24g of dietary fiber, which is kind of insane for a treat like this. Just make sure you drink enough water, since it is a fairly high amount of dietary fiber! Resistant dextrin is also said to promote growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut, and even help lower cholesterol and control blood sugar, so assuming that's all true, that is pretty insane for a treat. That said, those claims should always be researched personally to decide if you feel it's true or not, since sometimes the research just isn't quit there yet. Overall, despite the high price, I do think these are a fantastic treat, for hot cocoa and just snacking on straight outta the container sometimes!

They do taste a little weird, like a little different than regular marshmallows or freeze dried marshmallows, but not bad. I like the texture of freeze dried stuff and they’re calorie friendly. I probably won’t buy again though.

I LOVE these freeze-dried marshmallows!! Highly recommended if you like Lucky Charms marshmallows (or similar crunchy sweet treats) and if you appreciate large serving sizes. Pros: -The serving size is big! I weighed out 1/4 serving and it was more than 30 marshmallows - for 15 calories! -Since the serving size is so large, a serving is surprisingly filling and very satisfying. -They taste very similar to the marshmallows in Lucky Charms, which I love. -They don’t upset my super-sensitive stomach (as many sugar substitutes do). Cons: -They're kind of expensive. -I can't find them locally. -I noticed that when I ate a bunch of these at nighttime, I tended to sleep hotter than normal, as if my system is trying to burn them off. (This is not the only food that has this effect on me, and obviously that won’t be the case for everyone, but if some foods make you sleep hotter than usual, it’s something to be aware of.) In terms of the two container sizes (4 oz and 18 oz): I recommend buying 1 of each, then using the 18-oz container as if they were a refill for the 4-oz container. The 18-oz value-size tub is big enough that it’s awkward to grip the lid to unscrew it, and I can’t really hold it with one hand to pour marshmallows out. Plus, unlike the 4-oz container, the value-size tub doesn’t have a flip-top opening - it has a handle instead, but if you grab the handle from the side, it comes out of its little plastic socket and has to be re-attached. The 4-oz container is just a better design overall; the lid makes opening and pouring easy and the size is easier to hold and store. It also seems like the 4-oz containers is made with thicker plastic or at least is more structurally sound.
