I make sure to take these with a meal containing fat, since vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. I was previously taking liquid D3/K2, and have several tried other capsule style brands as well. I could feel the difference when I took the liquid one but none of the capsule brands, until I tried this one!I have a few genetic variants that predispose me to low D3, and also my labs had been testing in the abnormally low range even when I was previously taking 4000IU. Since I need higher doses, this is my new and probably permanent go-to!!Also K2 is needed to make sure calcium doesn't build up in your arteries, I can't remember the whole process but there's like a reason for it being included and you don't want to take D3 without it lol

Doctor said I was low on vitamin D after my annual blood work. She said it was contributing towards my mood and she was not wrong. After taking this for a while, I felt my mood improving and I was a bit more happy and more energetic. Pill is tiny, easy to swallow on the daily. No bad taste.

Beware!!! This is false labeling. When ordering online it claims to be soy free, showing a label with four items that are excluded, including soy. It claims to have sunflower oil in it. However, my bottle does not contain the advertised soy-free label, and it clearly contains soybean oil! Really ticks me off, because I didn’t even notice this until recently, and I have been using it for a while, not knowing it contained soybean oil. Have dealt with a lot more inflammation, possibly due to this. Not impressed whatsoever!! bulksupplements.com, you should remove this false label from Amazon!

Only way you know if a supplement works is if you get Blood Work done. All these reviews where people say they feel different, have more energy, etc just laugh. You will never feel any different and only see results for blood results after 4 months
