Works great
Works great for connecting RJ11 ended alligator clips to cable scan unit with only an RJ45 port. Even though you can put the RJ11 end into an RJ45 port, it can be tricky to get it to click in and tricky to remove

Doesn’t work for my modem router
I bought this as my modem router only has an Ethernet plug, and my house only has a phone jack. I couldn’t get the internet to work. I even tried using it in my old router, which works, but it couldn’t find internet. The second I stopped using it, I had internet again. I looked at the female end of the Ethernet connection, and noticed it only had 4 of the wires, instead of all 8. Not sure if that makes a difference. But either way, this product did not work for me.

No quality issues and plugs worked flawlessly
I had several old PBX lines that used a larger connector that I had to convert back to the 4 line size connector. Worked great. No quality issues.
