Beautiful but doesnโt fit bulbs as advertised
This light sconce is beautiful! However, contrary to the advertisement, it does not fit standard lightbulbs. We bought several bulbs that did not work before realizing the opening [pictured below] is only 2 inchesโฆthe average diameter of a bulb is around 2.3 inches. Returning it because the tiny bulbs donโt provide adequate lighting for our hallway. If lighting isnโt an issue for you, youโll really like this one.

Easy to install if your junction box is installed vertically if not, I have a hack.
Easy to install if your junction box is installed vertically if not, I have a hack. So my box was installed horizontally. That posed a problem as the screws that hold the main part of the light to the junction box aligned up in exactly the same spot and the mounting plate. So I took the original screws that mounted to the original junction box (same screw size, but and inch longer) and took my sawsall and took off the screw head. That way I could use the long screw as the plate to junction box mount and also hold the light to the junction box. Iโm sure there is a real pro tip out there. But I wasnโt willing to pull out and try to mess with the whole junction box to get pass this issue. After that part install was a breeze.

Beautiful, but check your junction box
These look beautiful on my stairwells. I like that they have the potential to face down or up as it gave us options. We purchased the Edison bulbs recommended by Amazon and love it! They were very simple to put together and install. The one thing we had a problem with was due to our existing junction box. It did not line up with the new fixture so we had to MacGyver it and use our own silver screws. Which we will replace to black in time. Double check your junction box- it needs to be horizontal- otherwise worth it!
