I unpacked this 4 days ago, left it flat and waited. Except for a few small areas it hasn't 'fluffed up'. Will it if i wait long enough? How long?

Mine was ready in less than 24hrs. . .minimal odor as well. . .4 days? nope. . .return for another. Amazing the diff this 1.5 inch topper made on the guest bed. Was great!

why is the deminsions for the queen shorter than the queen short?

can i put a mattress cover over it the first night and sleep?

It needs time to get to correct size. But it's very very thin and not durable. Ours rip into pieces within a week.

I just washed mine after my child had an accident, it completely ripped to shreds. Absolutely not washable.
