Rubbish

There was supost to be 20m total in 2 rolls my decorator has used it to do a small mall in a box room and half the wall is haf of a wall becouse it has a built in cuberd. First you can see lines threw the paper and the wall has been sanded and also he used 1 and a half rolly for just that tiny wall how is that possible if it is 2 10m rolls
