Used to drill through floor plates and joists. The only thing it needs is a bigger wire routing hole. When using speaker wire, even 12 gauge doesn't really fit. Kinda dumb but overall, you can make it work still. Bit was extremely sharp and worked great.

Worked ok for the job I purchased for. One caution - these are for 3/16" shank drill/extensions. My drill & extensions are 1/4" so I had to drill the balls out. I would also question whether they will hold up with aggressive or heavy use.

Makes fishing cable considerably easier. Works better within drywall walls than lathe and plaster.
