This pillow has been a life saver. Every morning I would wake up with a stiff neck that radiated to my shoulders. I felt the constant need to crack my neck, and dealt with headaches almost daily. I always though my pillows were fine, but every morning I’d wake up not even laying on my pillow. I’d be sleeping below it using my arm for support. Since using this pillow, I’ve woken up for the first time in years without thinking “it’s going to be a bad neck day”. The tension in my neck is almost completely gone, and every morning I wake up I’m still comfortably on the pillow. I added all the extra stuffing into the pillow that it comes with for extra support. I love the firmness, but you can also take stuffing out too if it’s too firm for you! The cooling side is also an amazing bonus. BUY this pillow if you’re a side sleeper who deals with neck pain.

The cooling side of this pillow is amazing and stays cool. It’s soft and comfortable to lay on. It has the perfect amount of fluff but does come with extra for those who like a firmer pillow. The support provided on my neck and shoulder has decreased my shoulder pain as I tend to sleep on my side.

I bought the pair in queen size for my husband, who likes a firm pillow and needed a new one. So I stole one and while he says they're "OK," I love them. I had been sleeping on expensive down pillows for the past few years, but switched out to one of these. The down pillows are nice, but they squish flat under my head during the night. These pillows stay the same all night and cradle my head perfectly. Since they came with some extra filling, my hubby was able to get the extra firmness he likes, too. The only downside I can see is the pillow itself is not washable, though the cover is. I'll probably invest in pillow protectors to keep them fresh longer. Oh, and it's easy to tell which side is the cooling side. Also we didn't notice any obnoxious odors at all, and they fluffed up quickly when when they were unpacked.

I don’t usually write reviews but this pillow is amazing! For a week now I have had no neck pain or shoulder discomfort or headaches!!! I fall asleep faster too! It’s comfortable and the cooling is great! I highly recommend this pillow!!!

I bought two Kucey curved pillows hoping for support for debilitating neck pain (no cartilage, according to a CT scan). Years ago I was able to buy bow-shaped orthopedic pillows which worked well for me but had to be replaced often until I was no longer able to buy them locally. Recently I needed new bed pillows and bought two of these which had a manufacturing odor but after allowing them to air out without pillow cases all day they seemed fine. My only concern is that their overall surface is bumpy but I woke from a night's sleep without stiff neck pain. I'm also glad to have the extra foam to stuff in them if and when they flatten over time. Good product! THANKS!

I ordered this pillow for my husband because he was having neck pain. It seems to be helping somewhat but other than that he says it’s very comfortable to sleep on. The material is good. It’s a cooling pillow, which he really likes.

Another waste of mone on China pillows. THE WORST ZIPPERS, can't get any cheaper than plastic zippers that don't open. Third pillow with this stupid cheap problem. Spend a little more and get better quality.

Wow! I hadn't really held out a lot of hope for the pillow as l had yet to find the right one for me after years of trying this type and that but l have to say, this pillow is perfect! I have been in multiple MVA's and suffered neck injuries and pain especially on waking in the past but since using this pillow have been waking neck pain free. It is comfortable for both side and back sleeping, has a cooling side and holds up well overnight. It even comes with extra foam to insert if you need extra height or firmness. Great product. Try it. It may just be perfect for you too.

J'adore et c'est très confortable, j'ai moins mal aux épaules et au cou depuis que je prends ces oreillés. Par exemple, il faut se donner un temps d'adaptation, car les premières nuits, je n'étais pas certaine de moins choix. J'ai aussi enlevé de la bourrure à l'intérieur car ils étaient trop gros, ça beaucoup aidé à être bien. Je suis vraiment contente de moins choix.
