Great steam delivery and the light is a bonus for spa atmosphere.

This machine really puts out the steam. The essential oil bar is cheesy and ineffective, but still great. Only downfall is it says not to put essential oil directly in with the water. I think I'm going to do it anyway and not fault the company if the elements quit working.

Easy to use, strong streaming and it gets going within five minutes

The steam is thinner than expected more like a mist so I have to have it closer to clients face than my previous one, the amount of water does give me a full 30 minutes which is great for my facials, easy to assemble.

I really wanted to like this steamer, but it shut off halfway through my second treatment using it and it won’t turn back on. It’s “on” but when I press the power button it just flashes the time and turns off again. Tried a few different troubleshooting methods but nothing worked. I wouldn’t recommend this steamer if you want reliability.

I was hesitant to purchase after seeing other reviews that it stopped working soon after purchase. I encountered the same issue where it would turn off soon after steam began. I found that you can't fill it to the max level, that is what triggers the sensors to turn it off. If you fill only halfway between low and max level it works just fine. That amount of water will provide a 15-minute steam session. Works as expected and I have had no further issues with it. I use it regularly and would recommend.
