After few uses the neck of the attachment nozzle is broken. It just comes up, it’s almost like the water pressure behind releases the button, so the moment I turn it on the head unlocks and folds back. Would appreciate if I could simply be sent a replacement head where the button is secure on the neck of the attachment.

Bought on 24 March 2025, doesn't work anymore. blinks green and red. I opened it to check what's going on, water everywhere. Laughable IPX7

Lo compré en diciembre 2024 y en mayo 2025 ha dejado de funcionar. Ha durado solo 6 meses. A pesar de esto han procedido al reembolso del producto. El servicio post-venta es excelente y el fabricante ha mostrado toda su colaboración para solucionar el problema. Es una pena el fallo de la batería porque este irrigador es el mejor de todos: el único que tiene potencia y no tiene funciones inútiles. A pesar de haber durado seis meses lo volvería a comprar porque es el único eficaz. Una pena que ya no esté disponible. Espero que lo vuelvan a poner a la venta en Amazon.
