If you like edamame and crunchy texture then you’ll enjoy these. For me it’s a healthier alternative to popcorn which I tend to put a ton of butter on, so these are great and I get protein too☺️. I like the ranch dressing flavor which isn’t too spicy but is just enough flavor to satisfy for a healthy snack.

Ranch is the best flavor. Tried several other flavors and these are the best. Lower calorie snacking with higher protein levels. Fills the desire for a crunchy salty snack.

This is such a good and healthy snack. I’m usually craving something salty and crunchy, especially in the evening and this satisfies that craving. I’ve only tried the sea salt and ranch…..both are good.

I didn't like them as well as the sea salt, just ok, and I love ranch dressing. I was a little disappointed.

These are such a great snack options especially if you are low carb and trying to get more protien in. I have bought these numerous times they are always good. Although, I wish they were cheaper but I will continue to buy them 😊
