Bought this timer to help my child keep focused when getting ready for school and other activities. It's helpful with teaching the idea of time and how long 10 minutes really is, for example. It's super easy to use and there is a button to change the volume/type of alarm.

Great for our son so he can see how much time he has left for an activity

I use this so the kids know how long until the show is going to be turned off, or how long they have to sit in the “peace corner”. It works very well!

Roller is too sensitive. But overall, it's good. I hardly ever have to charge it. I use it everyday.

As you can see from the photo the display on this timer is about impossible to see. Not great since I bought it as a visual timer for my son. I have no idea what is wrong other than it is about it crap out. I charged it fully and it still looks the same. Going to have to find another one. Didn’t even last 5 months.

I struggled with what to rate this. This is a knock-off of the original Time-Timer concept. It does, in fact, act as a visual countdown timer. However, it is quite deceptive in the photos as to the brightness of the display. Pressing the dial adjusts the brightness, but in my experience, I was not able to get mine to get as bright as the picture even at the highest setting. It also has a narrow viewing angle; it is much brighter from some angles than others. I found that range to be very narrow and awkward, not one that it would be commonly observed from, maybe the screen cover was intended to be put in at a different angle? It also had a feel that I was concerned would not be durable. Based on the difficulty with the display, which made the outer countdown timer nearly illegible and my concerns about durability, I found it a no-brainer to return it an buy the real thing, with which I've been blissfully happy.
