I highly recommed this product~5 stars!! Great way to do squats with dumbells/KB without knee pain. Stretching calves is a god send on this product!! I used to have knee pain while using weight plates, not enouge lift and used the side of my treadmill to stretch my calves. Good value for the price. I researched several before I purchased but wanted, and highly recomment, the sand paper like foot grips. It is sturdy and If I had tools I would make one a little bit larger to do sumo squats on. Great product!

This was something I wish I would have bought sooner. The value for the money, size when in use or for storage makes it easy to use anywhere. I really like how it has different settings so you can adjust for each user. It's easy to use, is a great quality, and really gives a great stretch on the calves. This is also great for working your quads too. The grip is just right, not too gritty, and no slippage. Good for barefoot or with shoes.
