We travelled to East Canada for 3 weeks in SEP-2024. This Data SIM product worked brilliantly. I liked the large 25GB and it always connected with the local telecoms provider(s) when travelling. We only used about 10GB in the end mainly for Google maps and other internet searches. It also allowed us full access to the BBC (including MOTD) which was a bonus. I used the SIM as my second SIM in my phone and my wife then thethered to my phone to also gain access to the internet, etc. I had no issues with the start process to get the SIM activiated. I would recommend this product.

Absolute waste of money.You can't put the sim into your phone until.you arrive into the country you want to use it in. We were on Safari in Kenya. Couldn't get the card to work for the whole 2 weeks. Emailing the help desk, they were just advising to do everything we were doing & had been doing. So spent all that money & unable to use. Total waste of money. Very disappointed.

Disgraceful. Big massive print HOW TO ACTIVATE with the steps to follow then at the end at the bottom of page in small print "only try and activate when in the country of use". Early activation invalidate your sim.

Once I got my setting right this sim was perfect.Im not good with technology but with their help it got sorted.It worked. Best choice I made for my USA 🇺🇸 trip

This is a very good sim card to be used in Caribbean islands. You will receive an instruction card with a sim attached to it. The card also lists the countries where the sim can be used. Please note that some caribbean islands are not listed because they falls under the Netherlands Antilles i.e. Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten, these islands are also included.As mentioned on the card, I had the sim activated just before I left UK just to ensure the card had internet connection. If you are on a plane or at sea on a cruise, ensure you turn on the airplane mode if you already have the roaming option on. If you accidentally connected to a non approved network, your sim will not work again. You will get a 4g connection most of the time in Caribbean. However, I did have a few emails exchanged with the customer services and the responds were very quick and helpful (very good customer services from Simone & Richie) when I encountered slow connection. One thing I was told by Richie was to select the Network Operator manually (I am an Android user and you can find this under Settings/Connections/Mobile Networks/Network Operators and turn off the Select Automatically option. You should do this when you arrive at the island by turning off the airplane mode and turn on your internet. The Flow network operator has the best internet connection (mostly 4g) across the Caribbean. Apart from Martinique and Quadeloupe which I can only connect to F-Orange 3g network.I do hope my experience above can help you getting a smooth connection. It would have been a 5 stars product if I can get 4g connection all the time.

Wish i'd never bothered.I read the reviews before I purchased this and I should have paid more attention to the negative ones.SIM arrived in the post quickly, I followed the instructions, got it activated. Arrived in Canada and started using it immediately. I used 700mb of data then it all stopped working. Contacted the help email who told me the instructions I followed weren't correct and I was on the wrong tariff (I've heard that word too much lately!). I asked them to help me fix it and was told nothing could be done as they made a mistake and now it couldn't be changed so I no mobile data for pretty much the whole time.

Had an issue with getting data whilst travelling abroad due to confusion on the registration process. Received prompt, excellent customer service where they tried to resolve the issue, but in the end received a full refund.For the short period I was able to use data abroad, worked exactly as intended. If travelling non EU, please make a note to follow the email registration process as opposed to the online option.Will use again and recommend to others. Good to know there is excellent customer service support if you do encounter an issue.
