Camera S350, 4K UHD Indoor Camera with 8× Zoom, Dual Cameras

I already have a Eufy Hub, Eufy floor cleaner, two outdoor cameras and a doorbell cam - my Blink indoor camera has finally given up the ghost so it was a natural choice to extend my Eufy range. What a camera! The Eufy S350 Indoor Cam is a quite bit larger than the Blink, but with two lenses and 360 degree active AI view, of course it would be! It's a nice looking camera, quite discreet. Very easy to set up and add to the hub. The image quality in both day and pitch-black night are superb! The Eufy app is intuitive and feature rich so, within 10 minutes of opening the package, it was installed (including latest software update) and ready to go. It comes with a quite long, white USB cable and separate UK 3-pin plug, so easy to locate in preferred indoor position. A nice feature is the ability to detect motion and/or sound, with a special feature that on noise detection, it will 'look around' recording the area to see what it might be. I can see that this is clearly a great device for security and/or baby/child/pet monitoring - I highly recommend. I now have a top of the range 'security' camera setup, including video doorbell, and a top of the range Eufy floor cleaner (super-impressed with that too!), I wonder what will be next? If I could give 6 starts, I would!

The model I got was eufy Security camera S350 It’s only been a few days but I’m very happy with this I did a lot of research before purchasing this security was around the security and privacy aspect of eufy as a company as well as the quality of the actual camera With that research and the time I’ve had with the camera I can confidently say this is one of the best if not the best cameras you can get for the price range the set up is common sense I’ve had no connection issues and the night vision looks amazing even during the day (I use the camera indoors pointing outdoors) With privacy the app allows you to stop most data tracking and eufy have fixed issues around this legally So you can be protected at home but also on your phone/display device.

This camera has restored my peace of mind when I am away; I can check in and satisfy myself that all is well. I feel significantly less on edge because I can intervene quickly if anything is amiss. A specific moment where it helped: When I saw my loved one looking distressed on the live feed, I used Alexa remotely to play their favourite musi 🎶. It calmed them in less time than it would have taken to contact someone at home. I sleep much better now; if I wake and wonder how they are, I can quickly reassure myself via the app. ☯️ Hardware Performance & Connectivity The 4K video is sharp, and the auto-tracking follows movement seamlessly using the camera’s full range of motion. The device tilts as well as pans (360° horizontal / 75° vertical), which is vital for seeing from "door to floor" in a large room. While the night vision is excellent, the audio is not always clear enough to understand conversations, which is a drawback for two-way audio needs. Value for Money ⚖️💷 Despite the app’s quirks, the value is excellent. Many competitors at twice the price require a subscription for AI alerts, but this device allows for local storage via an SD slot. The fact that eufy provides these features subscription-free makes it a standout for budget-conscious buyers. ✅ Overall Verdict The hardware is top-tier. I appreciate the video quality and the relief it provides. It is a solid investment for its strong specs and functionality without a monthly fee. Despite the occasionally software glitches, as a caregiver to a vulnerable adult, I find it extremely useful.

I bought two of these to upgrade from some ancient Amazon Blink cameras I’d had for 4 years that suddenly at random began demanding monthly subscriptions to access footage stored ON THE cameras older than 30 days. Well.. there’s a phrase that consists of a four letter word and ends in ‘off’ that seems appropriate for that. So instead, I decided it was time to upgrade and move on. Have had the Eufy doorbell and Eufy robovac for over a year and have been so happy with them that I decided to give these little ‘Marvin the Paranoid Android’ cameras from Eufy a try. So glad I did! No subscription fees, and the camera design, build and image quality are incredible. The camera zooms in to amazing detail (I can see small details across a 30sq metre room), and the 360 rotation is a dream. It means I can navigate around the room to see where my cats are when I’m away - no more blind spots (unlike with my Blink cameras). The AI functions only work if you have the Homebase 3 which I also bought and they’re fairly decent too but not having the AI functions are not a dealbreaker - more of a nice to have. The Homebase is good to have for storage of all your footage but you don’t need it in all honesty, you can simply just use the camera separately if you put in an SD card into the base of the camera. The Homebase though can centralise all your footage and devices, for instance both cameras and my doorbell are centralised in the Eufy app with the Homebase as the main settings and storage point. Since this camera rotates in almost any angle you likely will only need one for a 30sq metre room. The Eufy app is very heavy on features but it manages to balance them all out well and so is pretty decent too. Overall… 5/5 so far.

Want to like this, as it's a good product in most aspects. Unfortunately, it's absolutely unreliable. Worked fine with no local storage, just uploading to the cloud. I have it setup on a window looking out to my front patio, and set up a smart area so it would only record when someone walks into my patio and it notifies me. This works mostly Ok. I park the car in front of the house (no driveway) so for me to be able to check any recordings of the car I need continuous recording, only allowed with local storage. Here's where all went bottoms up. Smart recording to the cloud wouldn't work as it would be triggered by anyone walking past the house/car and the cloud storage would fill up in no time and my internet outgoing connection would be bussy during daytime. In any case, bought the recommended SD card, installed it. Worked like a charm for a week. Then it just stops recording, the card needs re-formating and basically, unless you try (and fail) to access footage, you wouldn't know it's not recording. Re-formated and reset, worked for a few days, then the same again. And again, etc. It's supposed to automatically overwrite the previous footage when it's full, so it's not a problem of filling up the card. The app itself is quite clunky and prone to bugging, so that on itself makes it unreliable, but mainly I just know that if I need the footage, it's probably not going to be available. Just happened while out on holiday for a few days... quite rubbish. Sadly, it only works for live monitoring (and even so, not always!) and (sometimes) for cloud sync 'smart' recording...

Absolutely amazing product. The wide angle lens means you don’t have to be super precise with where you place the camera, as it will catch everything in its view with ease. The zoom lens paired with 4K resolution means I can see every detail of something from across the room; I can even read the temperate on my Google Nest across the other side of the house in the other room, it’s actually amazing. I’ve got it connected to my 5GHz WiFi network, and albeit my Internet not being “fast” at 4MB/s, there is zero delay in the camera feed streaming to my phone at full 4K resolution. Coming from an Amazon Blink camera, this has absolutely blown my mind. Even the talk through feature is crispy, super good voice quality with no delay, I can talk to my wife through it whilst in another country, like it’s a normal phone call. The Ai tracking is almost eerily creepy with how good and accurate it is. Awesome for keeping an eye on my cats when I’m at work. Genuinely the best camera I’ve use. App is awesome and integrated with the rest of my Eufy Products. Recently bought an E20 RoboVac from Eufy and I can track and control both of these products from the same screen on the app. 10/10 from me, and I’m a picky tech geek.

Alright, so I picked up the Eufy S350 recently, and I have to say—this thing is an absolute gem. I’ve tried a fair few security cameras before, but this one stands out for a few key reasons. First off, it actually works behind a window, which is a massive win for me. I’ve got streetlights outside, and rather than relying on infrared (which can reflect off glass and mess up night vision), I just use the ambient light to keep an eye on my car. The motion detection is surprisingly smart—it picks up people and vehicles with great accuracy, even at a distance, without needing the IR setting. What really makes this camera a winner is how customizable the motion detection is. I’ve set it to monitor people coming into my driveway while ignoring passing cars, which means I don’t get flooded with pointless alerts. Plus, it doesn’t get triggered by bushes swaying in the wind, so no more annoying false alarms. Then there’s the 360-degree rotation—such a simple feature, but it makes a world of difference. At night, I can quickly pan the camera to check on my dog, take a look down the hallway, and then swivel it back to keep an eye on my car. It’s like having a remote-controlled security guard. Another neat feature is the snooze function. If I need to disable alerts for a short period (say, half an hour or an hour), I can just put the camera to sleep instead of completely turning it off and forgetting to turn it back on—something I’ve been guilty of with other brands. Honestly, with all these features—and especially with the current discount—the Eufy S350 is an easy five-star buy. It’s reliable, customizable, and well worth the investment.

Work well to begin with and with in a mouth the pan stopped going up and dawn as much. Now it mostly looks at the roof while burglars walk past. So kind of useless now. The predecessor cam worked fine so put that back and this one is now in the bin. Shame, nice little thing, just don’t work very well. Contacted eufy with help given but, it’s just broken. Use for around 3 mouths.
