The Derma Infinitive Beauty Micro Needle Roller can remove wrinkles body extension scars and burning scars pigmentations acne scars stretch marks cellulite and prevent hair loss. Furthermore it is a great tool for skin lifting and skin whitening. What is the Derma Infinitive Beauty Micro Needle Roller? Traditional methods of nutrient can only infiltrate into the horniness layer of epidermal the effect is not notable (only reaches about 0.3% of effectiveness). To solve this problem after research scientists have developed micro-needle therapy. This treatment can effectively increase the penetration capacity of nutrients through the epidermis and dermis of skin cells. It is a new and miracle skin care technology for its nutrient delivery method. The micro-needle therapy can stimulate dermal wound healing ability and therefore stimulate the skin and ossein proliferation. Its effects can be comparable to the laser and stuffed cosmetic surgery. With minimum side effects it is safe and reliable and is the best choice for anti-aging treatment. Theory of Derma Infinitive Beauty Micro Needle Roller Micro needle therapy uses a knead rod inlayed with 540 slender titanium alloy needles regularly rolling in the places which you need to cure. It can puncture more than 250 000 micro vessels on the epidermal within five minutes forming an efficient nutrient delivery system in the epidermis and subcutaneous tissue with which the active ingredient of the nutrition can enter into the skin effectively. This enables skin maintenance skin care skin treatment and skin beauty. 3.0mm Roller- This specific size treats very deep scars very deep stretch marks and very deep cellulite. Safe for home use 1/2 times per week. Review: Fantastic item! - This needle roller is everything my skin needs nowadays! I have been using it for a few weeks now and my skin feels lovely. Just one word of advice: be careful what you apply to your skin after rolling as mine can not stand the roller every day. I use it every 2 days otherwise my skin gets bright red and very itchy. The roller is easy to use and clean and, so far, I am very pleased with it. I had a little scar on my forehead and, after weeks rolling, it has completely gone! My vertical line in between my eyes is also a lot less visible. I combine the roller with Clarins products and the results are very good. Review: not as sharp as Dr Roller but it does work - I have been using the Dermaroller for my acne scars for years, the item itself is different from the Dr Roller Dermaroller (which is the best one on the market), which I have used on face before (I have the 1mm microneedle one for both brands). The differences are that the needles on this type of roller are not in a zig zag line (which does not seem to matter much, having used it on my face this weekend) and are not as sharp as the Dr Roller ones, however this does not mean that they do not do the job or are less effective. Do not get me wrong they are both painful and you are meant to pass over each scar a total of 16 times (4 times in each direction) so eventually you do get a little blood coming out, you are meant to. The principle is that you are in effect re-opening the acne scars and get your body to produce collagen and seal the scars correctly, and I promise you this tool does do this. It is excellent for skin rejuvenation. My acne scars are less deep than what they used to. As there are needles you have to be mindful that you are meant to suffer a little, therefore, if you cannot take it get some numbing cream or lidocaine (after a while you get used to the pain, like we ladies do when we wax ourselves, don't we?), also because the item is again made of needles, use some Dettol to sterilise the Dermaroller once you finished using it, I mix water and Dettol and keep it there for 30 mins to 1 hour. The item should be disposed of after 3 months if you are using it regularly i.e. every 2 weeks, or after 6 months if you are using it (like me), every month or so, although I got a bit of a break over last year and did not religiously do it every month. On my skin, after the treatment I use some disinfectant (Savlon or similar) to get rid of the little specks of blood, then followed by a vial of collagen and elastin and finally once dry I put some Aloe Vera 98% to soothe the skin. It does work, I noticed the effect after 2 days I have done it and also I have been told by people around me that my skin does look better after the treatment. It does tighten the skin, so in the long run you also delay getting deep wrinkles, so all round the dermaroller tool, whether this brand or the Dr Roller is a good product. It is important not to put make up on for 2 days after the treatment otherwise you get blackheads, which defeats the purpose. Also do not go over any fresh spots or irritated skin you currently have, rather go near it to help produce the natural collagen. Only use on old scars and not irritated parts of the skin if in doubt. Overall I would say that this item is less painful than the Dr Roller because needles are less sharp and go less deeper, but it does produce results.

1.0mm derma roller
I purchased the derma roller to use on some scars I have on my face. It's hard to tell how much pressure to use when rolling your skin but I've soon realised that you need to put only a little bit of pressure on it or you'll start getting specks of blood over your face (I'm not sure whether it should do this or not) So I've only used it a couple of times so far and have noticed a little improvement in my overall skin tone but not any difference in my scars yet. In some areas my skin feels a bit thicker so I'd imagine it would be good if the results you wanted were for wrinkle reduction and skin firming. I'm going to continue using this because it does seem to be doing some good to my skin and I'd imagine it would take a couple of months to get any results on my scars. Also just to say, u should really bye some sort of sanitising spray for cleaning the derma roller between uses and also get some good moisturiser to use after treating your skin (I've just been using jojoba oil and my body shop vitamin c moisturiser). Hope this was some help.

BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT- regarding product use for hair loss.
I bought this item as i heard good reviews about it and i heard it is good in combating hairloss. Thus i used it on my forehead to prevent a receding hairline. When i bought it all seemed well and good. Whilst using it, it didn't hurt. Minor side effects such as slight itchiness were seen but was already expected as stated on the box. However, to my horror, the next day my skin started shedding like dandruff. I noticed these areas that were affected were only areas where i had used the derma roller on my forehead. i dont think it has anything to do with infection as there is no puss or bruising. The skin just becomes extremely dry and begins flaking. I used the roller on Monday and until today on Friday every evening i get flaking of my forehead even though i have stopped using the roller. Furthermore i am experiencing further hair loss. From approximately of 10-20 hairs in the shower to a now 50-100, just in the past few days. I would not like to blame it on this product but as i have neither changed my diet, routine or supplements, i can only conclude that the cause was triggered by using the derma roller. Thus for anybody reading this in regards to preventing a receding hairline I would say this product is horrible. Although it says clinically proven, right now i am very skeptical about this product.

Blackheads be gone.
Bought this last week and have used it twice. I must admit the thought of repeatedly stabbing myself in the face was not very appealing, but I have very naturally oily skin and as a result I have a lot of blackheads and enlarged pores. I bought this as I have tried every product available to try and reduce my problems but nothing seems to work. So after trying this out, admittedly it felt like I was giving myself a very bad amateur tattoo on my face, I am extremely impressed. The morning after I felt like I had newly injected Botox in my forehead, it barely moved! I left it a couple of days and used it again, focusing particularly on my Swiss cheese pore nose. Now today I have woken up and I can't believe how smooth looking and how much clearer my skin is on my face. My face has started to peel also, but the newer skin from beneath is looking fresh. I just use a thin layer of coconut oil each night and leave it overnight as I sleep. The results are amazing and I can't believe it has taken me 23 years to finally find a solution to my problem. Overall five stars, amazing product with great results and being as impatient as I am, very please it arrived the next working day after ordering.

Be warned - this product is being missold!
Very disappointed that I ordered what is described as a titanium micro needle derma roller but received a derma roller that is made of stainless steel. This is clearly unacceptable and I will not be using this product on my face. It's not what I ordered and before you order this product you need to be aware that you are not being sold a product as described. Stainless steel gets blunt more easily with daily use not to mention that it causes more irritation to the skin. Obviously, if you are ok with using stainless steel then you won't mind that you're essentially being sold a different product. The seller needs to be very careful about giving the wrong product description. If it wasn't so cheap (made in China, of course - where else??), I'd be kicking off a much bigger fuss but it's not worth it for me. Just want to warn other customers that you will not be getting what you're buying. I'm certainly not happy and will not be ordering from this company again. Also, I did not received my order on time and that's another minus point for the company.

good product, but
Comparing the product with the one I saw in a beauty salon I can say it pierces your skin only a little. I've used the product only several times on my face. Every time i used it, it left redness on my skin for several hours, but my skin never bled like I saw it in the beauty salon. Maybe, because perhaps they used longer needles. I tried the roller on my hand and it does nothing to my skin. so clearly it's depends on your skin condition. Maybe for other parts of my body i will purchase a roller with longer needles. On the package is written that needles from 0.20mm- 0.30mm are for home use. 1.00mm needles are for medical use, and from 2-3mm needles for physician use. But as i said my skin never bled using this product so in my example it's obvious it's not that deep invasive to your skin as described. So far no noticable changes to my wrinkles, but it hink its too early yet to see the changes. I use the roller together with collagen serum. And i can say so far my skin is noticable softer in touch- my husband's opinion :)

Not what it is advertising
This is not what I got in the mail. Only 208 needles not 540. Looks completely different to the pictures and the write up of this product, one its clear, the rest area for your finger on the top of the roller is non existent. Very disapointed, would expect a refund or one the same that is advertised.

I've received my dermaroller on time -- by the time of its arrival I had already bought a disinfecting lotion in a pharmacy, one that is appropriate for both the skin and the dermaroller, so I could try it immediately. I use the dermaroller on my decollete where I have some brown-colored spots after acne, and I also apply on my face, hoping that it will indeed jump start collagen production and lead to a rejuvenated skin condition. Like many others, I've also experienced that my skin has turned somewhat red, slightly more on the decollete and negligibly on the face. But nothing serious redness, and it was gone overnight. Applying the dermaroller didn't hurt at all, actually I found it more of tickling. I am adding here some supplements compared to my first recension (that I wrote after a few days of usage). I have been using it now for about three weeks and have obtained more experience. The quick improvement in the brown-colored post-acne spots is lasting, they are hardly visible. So very strong performance on this account. I am also very satisfied with the rejuvenating effect on my face and neck. Apart from a clearly better "feel factor", the results are also visible, my skin is tighter, especially around the eyes, and it is also softer. Once I've rolled it on my face and applied the hydrating creme, I have the impression that my skin absorbs the creme much better than it did before I had a dermaroller. So far I'm totally satisfied with the results and keep using the dermaroller. When the needles become too flat, I'll buy a new one. Top rating from me and I can only recommend it.
