I saw a video of someone using this product instead of anti perspirant. I aim to put as little toxic ingredients in my body as I can and this seemed like a good natural alternative option for me. So I bought it. I put on my armpit every night after shower and it does work! I have stopped using heavy metal deodorants and I do not smell. It allows my body to sweat what it wants without the stink. In addition, I use for whenever I am sore from the gym, muscle pain or any type of cramping. It helps relax my muscles and improves my night of sleep. It can be a little sticky if you put too much on. But apart from that, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the benefits this product has brought to me.

I get muscle spasms (mostly in legs) during the night while sleeping. But I'm magnesium-sensitive so I can't take the oral supplements my doctor recommended without getting diarrhea. This product delivers the daily recommended amount of 450 MG mg in 1 teaspoon of gel spread on your skin. I rub it into my legs every night before bed and my spasms have completely stopped (works during the day also!). It is absorbed in about 20-30 minutes so you can wipe it off with a wet tissue if you want after application (it feels a bit tacky if left on, but it's completely water-soluble (that's why it absorbs so quickly)). I just wear nylon longjohns or pajamas so I seldom wipe it off. I tried the spray oil but it was messy and did not work as well. The gel stings a slight bit the first few weeks (which, I am told, means you are mg deficient) but that soon stops. It's a GREAT PRODUCT that saves me from countless nights of agony! At least try it -- what have you got to loose (except your cramp pain!).

The best of the mineral magnesium gels out there. Last a very long time ~4 months, bc it's very concentrated, effective and pure, but ofcourse depending on how much you need/use daily (mine lasted for two people; used it often after a long day of work on my legs and on my mother's back, and during my monthly cramps). It tingles on areas of my body where my magnesium levels are enough. But on areas, where it really aches, and needs relief, I put it on and it absorbs in completely without tingling (esp with the help of a massage oil like peppermint oil), and relieves the tension, pain, cramps, and muscle aches while massaging that area - almost immediately! Do it before bedtime and elevate your feet while you sleep, and your whole body will feel at equilibrium when you wake up in the morning! I love this miracle magnesium gel. I stilll have quite some left as well, approaching the 4th month!

I found that certain types of magnesium helps prevent migraines. This gel delivers 100mg of Mg per 1 ml, but it's a squeeze bottle so it's hard to tell when you have 1m. Their other products measure by the pump or spray. Also, it's kinda slimy when you rub it on and you need to wait 20 min before you wipe it off--that's inconvenient when you want to get dressed and go. It's also quite strong--it stings my legs while it's on. I find the oil spray has no sting and it also delivers 100mg per 6 sprays (which is easy to measure). I don't find that it's calming or provides pain relief ( I tried it on a sore hip). But it is helping prevent migraines!!!

With regular use it lessons the nighttime leg cramps, which is why I got it. I do prefer the lotion now I’ve tried both. I’ll go back to the lotion.

This is so sticky and uncomfortable that I had to get up and wash my legs/feet off. I tried to return it, but it can't be returned. Definitely not worth the money it costs......... now I'm stuck with a product that I will never use. It also definitely burns/stings your skin.
