Being from West Africa, I've used Palm Oil all my life. I bought this one from amazon a few days ago to make a senegalese dish and I love it.It came out perfectly and the taste is delicious.Just give it a try.I was glad I found it on amazon.

Just like I was used to in Nigeria. This oil has an acquired taste and does smoke a lot if the pot or pan is very hot but it's really good.

not sure of the health benefits but it's a good product since it doesn't add any additional flavor when you use it. the only problem I have is I need to take it to slightly above room temperature to pour it out

I recently got into African food after I tried some. There are barely any African restaurants in my area, and I couldn’t find this product anywhere. Anyways, I thought I’d buy this red palm oil online and make my own dishes. This is my first time purchasing and trying red palm oil. Straight out of the bottle it tastes of very mild carrots. Barely any taste to it actually, so I am confused as to why a lot of people say it tastes bad. The oil is not as red as I thought it would be. I am not sure if it was refined or not. It is a little chilly by me, so I received it in it’s solid form. Anyways, I look forward to trying it in my cooking.

This palm oil is used for religious purposes also it is great for cooking certain foods. I do not have to put tomatoes paste when I am using this oil and only a little oil is required for cooking.

There were some lumps of the oil suspended in the liquid (oil) itself. That was scary to me. For I was expecting the thick part of the oil to be at the bottom of the container, but instead they were scattered and suspended in the liquid oil.

I got this for a supplement for my chickens. It contains vitamin A. Since The container is very large and the oil is hard when cold, I needed to put it into containers that I can warm up so the oil will pour. The cap needs a pour spout. I probably wasted a couple ounces trying to divide it into smaller more manageable bottles. Vey good price per ounce.
