Lovely green tea
Firstly, I bought this as it Hampstead teas is ranked number one for teas by the Ethical Consumer publication (ranked on sustainability, workers rights, environment etc). In fact this is one of the only biodynamic teas I've seen. One can safely assume that Hampstead Teas must be a very well run company that takes extreme care on sourcing their ingredients. Massive points for this! On to the tea itself - its lovely. I pour about 2cm or 3cm of cold water in the bottom of my mug before pouring boiling water from the kettle in. This allows to the tea to brew in hot but not boiling water which stops that acidic/ bitter taste that green tea can have if brewed at too high a temperature. The taste is lovely and refreshing.

AVOID - HIGH IN LEAD
I drank for one month and got extremely sick with lead poisoning. This product needs to be recalled
