Love it. Works great wirelessly for my home office. I’ve been extremely impressed with the Brother MFC-L3720CDW. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the wireless connection has been reliable from day one. Print quality is sharp, colors come out vibrant, and documents print fast without constant delays or paper jams. The scanner works great, especially for multi-page documents, and the touchscreen interface is simple to navigate. I also appreciate how quiet the printer is compared to others I’ve owned. It handles everyday printing for both home and business use very efficiently. Another big plus is the toner efficiency. The cartridges seem to last much longer than inkjet printers, which saves money over time. Overall, this printer feels well-built, dependable, and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid all-in-one color laser printer.

I have been using the monochrome Brother laser printer and love it. The cost for the color printer is good, so I purchased this color machine. It was easy to set up. It came with all the toner and cartridge installed easily. It's quieter than my monochrome machine. It printed everything quickly and the quality is really good. I bought laser photo paper and printed some photos. The inkjet printers I feel make a better quality photo, but the prints on this machine are still good and people were happy with them. The only issue is the paper feed when printing 30 bulletins for our church. The paper feed is different than the monochrome and sometimes two pages go through at the same time with half the bulletin on the bottom of one page and half on the top page. Also, because there are 4 hot rollers the paper tends to curl up so I have to keep an eye on the output or the copies fall on the floor. The machine is well worth the cost and I am glad to have purchased it.

***Update after several months with a new reason this printer is the worst thing ever.... it counts pages, not toner. When the printer "thinks" the toner is empty, it just stops printing. There is no way to reset the page counts (unlike in previous Brother printers). There is no way to bypass this. You can't just print in black and white when a color cartidge is out. It just stops. There is no printing until you install a new cartridge. So, make sure you have plenty on hand because this sucker will stop and there's nothing you can do about it. If you are mid-big presentation or report? Too bad. Stop and go to the store because this printer won't budge. These toner cartridges have "chips" on them now in order to prevent you from reseting the page count. And get this: it counts pages if you aren't printing in black and white! You can lift it out and feel how heavy it is and know there is plenty of toner in there but - nope! You printed too many pages so now your printer won't let you do anything. All to make you have to spend a gazillion dollars on new toner cartridges even though you probably have months left of toner. Ridiculous. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I should have listened to the reviews. This printer stopped working after 7 months. Never was able to get the bluetooth stuff to work. Two days ago I got an error message saying I had installed a "non-genuine toner cartridge" when I had not changed anything or touched any toner since receiving it. It was still the original toner it came with. It wouldn't let me move past the error message to continue printing (unless I wanted to "void my warranty," which I was not going to do since it was already having issues). Off to customer service I go! The first attempt with customer service resulted in a disconnection (the agent just stopped responding... good times). He said I could just click "no" and keep right on printing, but the video shows that was not the case. After that he just disappeared and didn't respond anymore so I had to start a new chat with another agent. The next agent at least tried, but took an hour, had me disassembling the dang thing, and didn't solve any problems. They are sending me a new cyan cartridge, but I'm not feeling confident. I still can't print and am still seeing an error message. Just really, really bad. Don't buy it.

Exactly what I needed. Scanner, copier, phone and remote printing work flawlessly. So much better than my old ink jet haha.

Bought in March 2024. Writing review in December 2024. I regularly need color copy for my job that won't run if it gets wet out at a job site. After reading a lot about printers on Linux forums, I decided to go with the Brother brand. This thing is a workhorse. I've only had 1 jam since I bought it and it was in the summer months when the paper may have been a bit humid. Other than that, no issues. It prints way faster than deskjet type printers and like I said doesn't run if the page gets wet like deskjet printouts do. I use it with my self-built Linux system. Primary use is color printing. Also do color copying. Haven't used the other features yet. Wifi works fine. Prints from phone or tablet (apple and android) as easily as from desktop PC. Pretty easy to set up on Linux for my needs. We are work-from-home here and my boss likes it so much that he also bought one for his house after being a deskjet user for years. Added bonus, we enjoy doing puzzles. Some puzzles do not come with the poster, so I take a photo and print it on the color printer. Comes out nice and crisp. Not as bright or well defined as the glossy artwork on the puzzle boxes since I'm using plain copier paper. I haven't tried getting any kind of glossy paper to see if that makes a difference. I may have to source some glossy paper and try that out next. Works well with generic cartridges which is a plus. Read reviews on those before buying though, just in case any particular brand has issues. Get the XL version, more pages per cartridge.

Only had it a week but so far, so good. This is my first home laser printer. This the weighs a ton. I almost needed a fork lift to get it from my front porch into the house 😂. Fortunately, the printer is in a big bag with handles that allows you to easily lift it out of the box. Set up was fairly easy. Although I could not get the printer to connect to my home Wi-Fi network through the Epson app that I downloaded for the sprinter so I ended up just going through the printers Wi-Fi set up and connecting it to my route, which went very smoothly other than that, the printer set up was pretty straightforward. The iPhone app that I am using and downloaded works really well through the printer. I’m glad I don’t have to do all that my former old Epson inkjet and do it all through my computer ,so that was nice. It’s no speed demon, but it certainly has a very good quality. Print I’ve done a little black-and-white a little color only a weekend so time will tell but so far I’m very happy with this printer.

Matched with two other brother printers. Totally satisfied with Brother printers. Well built and reliable. A positive recommend.

It worked for only 2 days and then stopped working. We requested a replacement, and Amazon replied that we should return the item instead. Amazon mentioned they would provide a pickup time, but we never received any pickup schedule, and the item was not picked up. Now, after waiting several days for their response, we are no longer able to submit a return request again through the system.
