Tasty and easy to use
Great, make a fab blackbean sauce. There's enough for a couple of large portions.

These black beans add depth and a great umami flavour to dishes.

Very salty
The picture is wrong they do not have 0.2g salt but 12g salt per 100g They can be used to add salty savoury flavour like soya sauce does However, I didn't find they had that much flavour

Ditch the jars
If you are a fan of beef stir fries this makes a fabulous black bean dish. You only need a sprinkle of these beans along side your ingredients to create a most powerful palette pleasing dish. No more shop bought jars. These black soybeans are amazing. And so cheap. Highly recommended

Delicious- a bag is enough for Stir Fry for 4 people. Very salty so soak for a hour before frying.
