Miracle Pill
I can't believe I'm just learning about ashwagandha..this product is amazing. 45 year old peri-menopausal female working for a Wawa in Philadelphia..if you know you know..but stress level is on a ridiculous level daily pretty much 24/7. After some researching I came across this Ashwagandha and took it this morning (a friday). I could not believe the relaxing wooosah feeling I felt while still being able to fully function and do my job. I was just able to do I happily. DEFINITELY recommend and will absolutely be buying again.

KSM-66 is the only form of Ashwagandha that works for me! No more awful cortisol spikes!
This is amazing for early morning cortisol. I had some mornings where I woke up way too early with this feeling in my chest, and I could not relax and go back to sleep. Ashwagandha works so well to take that feeling away so I can sleep again! This is the only form of Ashwagandha that works. I tried Sensoril and Shoden forms but nothing. This brand is great bc it works, it is reliable, and I take it twice a day (AM and PM) with no side effects. It has black pepper extract in it to help boost bioavailability.

I was not sure about this at the beginning but after almost a month of using it I can tell it helps a lot, good quality no side effects and really helps with energy.

Astonishing
I've never had ashwaganda pure enough to have a serious effect...this stuff has a serious effect. The reduction in stress is profound, but it occurs without any kind of depressant effect. It's very strange. You just...don't feel stressed. Things that seemed like serious problems seem solvable. I am baffled that this stuff isn't more popular. It also had a dramatic increase on my total testosterone values as tested by blood tests before and after the supplement. Definitely recommend...and it's cheap!
